How To Control Gpu Fan Speed Nvidia

GPU driver updated to the newest version from Nvidia. Tried ASUS tweak2, tweak3, and the newest version of MSI afterburner. None of them can prepare the GPU fan speed below 30% (1682rpm). My GPU temp is 34degree so I don't want the noise from the GPU fan until the temp reaches 50degree. Did ASUS or Nvidia lock the everyman fan speed for this GPU? Please help!

Which mode do you select in Armoury Crate?(windows/counterbalanced/turbo/transmission)
May I have the bios version, NVIDIA Graphic Driver version and a screenshot of Armoury Crate home?

May I have the bios version, NVIDIA Graphic Driver version and a screenshot of Armoury Crate home? bios version 307, Nvidia commuter version 511.23

If yous mean ASUS GPU TWEAK, I'thou agape it is for our graphics card products and not for desktop computers products.
May I accept the following information?
- screenshots in Armoury Crate home page information with each mode(windows/balanced/turbo/transmission)
- a screenshot of power option in windows
- the Armoury Crate version
- the Os version and OS build
- the serial number of your G10DK-WB764 via PM
